My Story

Hi, I'm Nathan and this is my micro-enterprise business Nathan's Spices. My great-grandma loved making her own spice mixes and passed her knowledge and love of cooking onto me. I love finding new recipes to use my spice and herb mixes.

When I'm not cooking I love spending time with my family and friends. I love playing cricket and footy with my local teams. I'd love to have a dog; Jack Russells are my favourite. So I am looking forward to maybe one day soon having a dog to hang out with.

My favourite recipes to cook (and eat!) are beef pan rolls, spicy sausage rolls and squid curry. You'll find these delicious recipes, which use my 11-Spice Mix (roasted and unroasted) in the cookbook that I have created. You can purchase this in my online store.

My spice and herb mixes are available to purchase in a reusable and refillable glass jar, which is also perfect as a gift. Once you've used them all up, you can purchase the sachet to refill your jars.

My signature product, Nathan's 11-Spice Mix is best used in curries, samosas, savoury pastries and for barbequing.
